2-Day Stata & Econometrics Course
Dear colleague,
The NIPE (Economic Policies Research Unit) together with Timberlake Consultores is pleased to announce its 2-Day Stata & Econometrics Course.
The course will be taught by João Cerejeira (PhD at European University Institute) and Miguel Portela (PhD at Tinbergen Institute), at the University of Minho, School of Economics and Management, Braga, Portugal, 1st and 2nd of September, 2011. The course is designed for academic staff, including master/PhD students, with basic knowledge on statistics & econometrics and Stata who deal with different types of data and projects in their day-to-day work. The course is also of interest to non-academic staff with interest on data analysis with an econometric perspective. Professionals who are interested to learn different techniques and raise their awareness of possible methodologies that can be used in their current or future projects will greatly benefit from this course.
The course will be taught in English. Applications should arrive no later than July 21st, 2011.
