| Foreword from the President | |
|
| Dear Members, Dear Colleagues,   Two weeks ago, I participated in our Summer School in Katowice. We are very grateful to the Local Organising Committee chaired by Artur Ochojski for the fantastic programme as well as the perfect onsite organisation, this, in a very friendly atmosphere.   I feel very proud of ERSA capacity for managing this kind of high-level event to support young scientists. This is, for sure, precious investment for the future of Regional Science! Regarding the coming weeks, as you know our events’ agenda is very busy during the summer time. Of course we will have our Congress in Lyon next August. But before that, 3 of our Sections will hold their annual events in the coming days and weeks, see below their respective agendas.   For my part, I look forward to being in Iasi (Romania) this week for the joint conference of the French Speaking Section and the Romanian Section. If I don’t have the opportunity to meet you there, I hope to exchange with you next August in Lyon!   Yours, André Torre President of ERSA | |
