The 2013 Basque Country Competitiveness Report is now available. The Report analyses the competitive position of the Basque Country and conducts an in-depth study of the process of entrepreneurial discovery of the territory, which facilitates the productive transformation of the Basque economy. These analyses are useful in the application of Smart Specialisation Strategies (more familiarly referred to as RIS3) in the Basque Country.

El Informe analiza la posición competitiva del País Vasco y realiza un profundo estudio sobre el proceso de descubrimiento emprendedor de todo el territorio, que facilite la transformación productiva de la economía vasca. Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko Lehiakortasunari buruzko 2013ko Txostena eskuragarri dago. Txostenak bi gai nagusi ditu aztergai: batetik, herrialdearen lehiatzeko kokapena eta bestetik, lurralde osoan aurkikuntza prozesu ekintzailea, euskal ekonomiaren ekoizpenaren eraldaketari lagunduko diona. Azterketa hauek probetsuzkoak dira Euskal Herrian Espezializazio Adimenduneko Estrategiak (RIS3 ingeles siglez ezaguna) aplikatzeko.
