9th OPEN DAYS 2011- European Week of Regions and Cities, POSTER COMPETITION 2011, Call for Papers

Dear colleague,

 

The Directorate-General for Regional Policy, European Commission, is currently calling for expressions of interest in the form of a word abstract (max 1.000 words) to enter a high profile poster competition.

 

The Competition is open to both PhD students and early career researchers (3 years into work following education) working on European regional policy.

 

Finalists will be invited and funded to present their work at the October Open Days event in Brussels which sees over 6.000 European policy makers and practitioners come together to share best practice. There are prizes for the two first placed pieces of work and these will be presented by Veronica Gaffey, Head of Evaluation Unit at DG Regional Policy.
