I am pleased to inform you that The E-book «Ana Firmino: A singular vision of the countryside – Texts collected from 1988 to 2020» has been recently published.

This book is a tribute to Ana Firmino, who was a full professor at the Department of Geography and Regional Planning and integrated researcher at CICS.NOVA. A trained geographer, she dedicated particular attention to rural areas from an early age, focusing her research on sustainable rural development, alternative modes of agricultural production and more recently on new forms of social organization.
