RSAI would like to remind members of the World Congress in 2008 and detail the call for papers below.

Call for Papers
The 8th World Congress of RSAI will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 17-19, 2008.
It will be organized by the Brazilian Regional Science Association (ABER – Associação Brasileira de Estudos Regionais) and will be hosted by the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting of the University of São Paulo.
It will have the same format as the regular RSA meetings, with regular sessions, R-sessions, panels, etc.
Papers from all fields in regional science are welcome.
Deadline for submission of abstracts: October 30, 2007

Call for Nominations, 2008 Fellows of RSAI
RSAI members are invited to nominate distinguished scholars for consideration to become 2008 Fellows of RSAI. The nomination process can be initiated by any member of RSAI and consists of a letter of nomination, detailing the scientific merit and contribution of the nominee and an up-to-date curriculum vitae if possible. Current Fellows are not allowed to submit nominations.
