EWRC 2017 Master Class and University Workshops
October 9-11

ERSA actively contributed to the programmes of the Master Class and the University Workshops of the EWRC 2017.

Master Class

30 promising young researchers around Europe were selected by the organizers. A unique programme enabling numerous exchanges with scholars as well as high-level EU Officials.

University Workshop

ERSA was the leading organization of the session on “Counterfactual Methods for Regional and Urban Policy Evaluation”
The presentations gave concrete examples of regional policies which have been evaluated with the counterfactual approach: cohesion funds, inclusion policies for migrants, traffic regulation for environmental control.
