Cork is named the most culturally vibrant city in Europe, and we are very excited to host next year Congress on the beautiful campus of University College Cork in the heart of Cork city.
Special Sessions bring added value to the ERSA congress. On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee 2018, I am happy to invite you to propose a Special Session.

EWRC 2017 Master Class and University Workshops

ERSA actively contributed to the programmes of the Master Class and the University Workshops of the EWRC 2017.
Master Class
30 promising young researchers around Europe were selected by the organizers. A unique programme enabling numerous exchanges with scholars as well as high-level EU Officials. |
University Workshop
ERSA was the leading organization of the session on “Counterfactual Methods for Regional and Urban Policy Evaluation”
The presentations gave concrete examples of regional policies which have been evaluated with the counterfactual approach: cohesion funds, inclusion policies for migrants, traffic regulation for environmental control.
