SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Abstract Submission Deadline EXTENDED: March 15st, 2014
We welcome the submission of extended abstracts to the overall theme of the conference “The Multidimensional Aspects of Spatial Analyses” or to one of the topics below:
– Rural development and Tourism;
– Urban change and interactions;
– New Economy and Governance systems;
– Other issues related to qualitative methods in Social Sciences.
Abstract – maximum 500 words (in Word document, Times New Roman 12) including:
Title of the abstract/paper, selected theme/ topic, keywords, Name(s) and academic title of the author(s), Affiliation(s), complete mail address(es), E-mail address(es) and corresponding author send by e-mail to: info@imass.ca
Abstracts can be submitted in English, Portuguese or Spanish. However, English will be the conference language. Special sessions in Portuguese and/or Spanish can also be arranged.
Results of the review process will be communicated to the authors by March 31st, 2014
Submission Deadline for Complete Papers: September 1st, 2014
PUBLICATIONS
Proposal to be submitted to:
– Springer Series Advances in Spatial Science;
– Journals with Social Sciences Citation Index and Impact Factor higher than 1,00 to be selected;
– Journal of Spatial and Organizational Dynamics (REPEC indexed, under review for SCI);
– REDES-Revista hispana para el análisis de redes sociales

1st September – paper submission
1st October – paper selection for publication in the different journals
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
