The following is a summary of the decisions and other matters decided at the World

Congress Meeting last week (at least the ones that I have notes on or can remember). The

summary is to provide a quick statement of what was decided and considered for those

who missed attending the meeting. The Executive Director will follow with the minutes

that will provide lasting documentation.
