Dear Colleagues:

 

The Regional Science Association International has always had a strong commitment to helping the next generation of scholars become integrated in the Association.  At the World Congress in Goa, I am planning to organize a series of sessions with the theme Forty-Under-Forty.  We would like to attract younger scholars to present their papers in sessions chaired by senior members of RSAI as a way of highlighting their work and to provide them with an opportunity to receive comments and suggestions.  In addition, we hope that these sessions will create an opportunity for these younger scholars to make contact with their peers as a way of building their own international networks.
